Viyxxis was actually started as a drow experement to begin a city above ground. They found that the overcast provided by the orcish badlands was ideal for their light sensitive eyes. However the Drow soon found an array of Orcs populating their town, peddling slaves, so they left. Under Orc management, the city went to hell, however somehow it still functioned as a large bizzare. The only building remaining is the Great Collesium, used soley to test out slaves as warriors. The city is now an array of tents, and powerful Illithads run the trading. Nothing is illegal so the crime rate is unproportionally low, though slaughters are common. Gaurds only exist in the form of body gaurds.
