               The Imp is an infamous character from old 3.5e paragon campaigns. He is played by Andrew, and is considered one of the least favorite characters from all others members of n3. Imp is known as being the ultimate minion and the ultimate annoyance. The character is incredibly difficult to kill due to his small size and Andrew's strategy to use the Imp's natural polymorphing to shapeshift into a fly, thus becoming virtually unkillable by standard means. Andrew also loves doppelgangers (thus the 'Dop' title) and chose the Imp's second polymorph form to be a doppelganger. He then took the emulate supernatural ability feat to gain the doppelgangers shapeshift ability. Because of this the Imp is essentially Andrew's original 'Dop' plus a lot more.

 

               Imp is a master of many skills, of poison, and of trinkets. His functionality is supreme in most situations except for combat, when his only hopes of downing a foe is utilizing his potent poisons. Andrew specifically chose to give Imp several magic items that allow him to do actions that other consider annoying, such as concussion blast crystal (free 1d6 damage) and his ring of ventriloquism. Imp is an ultimate harasser. He is hated by most n3 members, most notably for the one session that Andrew remained in Celer Mortis' hat the whole time. However, Imp has also brought some humor to the group at times such as close-lining Tyler's ice mage as he was flying on a broomstick. Imp is considered a very versatile character, and can be called a tool in two senses: One that he is a jack-of-all-trades, swiss army knife character, and also because it is in an Imps nature to latch on to a powerful member of any group, and thus Imp usually becomes a tool for another player.

 

               His versatility is seen in the character sheet: Note the wide array of special abilities, his high modifier in many skills (as well as Jack-of-All-Trades feat), and his array of wondrous items at his disposal.
