• Functional title used for the governing lord of cities in Three-Rivers.

History

• Governer-minister is a title that was given to any lord who had the responsiblity of both owning a city and managing its affairs. To this day, it functions in approximately the same capacity.

Usage

• It is proper to address a Governer-minster by "your governership" or by "governer x" where X takes the place of their family name.
