The Duchy of Chaden
Chaden County
History
- The duchy of Chaden is named after the shortest lived house in the history of The Three-Rivers. Chaden was owned by Irridar i'Chaden, Irridar fathered no sons and had no brothers, his lands had no heir. Irridar did, though, father a daughter. His lands would go to her husband upon his death. Irridar fathered a daughter who was only 4 years younger than king Chatus i'Danterus the First. When asked to swear fealty to Chatus, Irridar offered up his daughter for Chatus' wife. He accepted, and fathered two sons by Sari i'Chaden--thus tying the Chaden lands to the throne thereafter.
